The two main results of the ongoing innovation explained are: on the one hand, the high production level of the estates where, in a reduced way, the effect of the alternation in yields is being shown, and on the other, the prime quality of the fruit.

Both the pollinating varieties Bacon and Fuerte, as well as the commercial one Hass, obtain optimum average sizes with very low level of discards due to the good state of growth of the plantations and the clarification pruning conducted annually.

The control of the harvesting time, also tuned to market prices, is carried out on fruits high in fat, meaning that the avocados from our plantations are of high quality and are so presented in national and European markets for the greater prestige of a fruit which aims to attain the Denominación de Origen classification.
