Before harvesting began, <strong data-start=\"374\" data-end=\"395\">fat content tests<\/strong> were carried out on the <strong data-start=\"420\" data-end=\"457\">Bacon, Zutano, and Hass varieties<\/strong>, a crucial step to ensure that the avocado is not picked until it reaches the optimal levels that guarantee its flavor, texture, and post-harvest performance. Only when these parameters were satisfactory was the green light given to start the season.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"1156\">The season began in <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"743\">October<\/strong> with the smooth-skinned <strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"798\">Bacon and Zutano varieties<\/strong>, whose harvest extended into <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"840\">November<\/strong>. After completing this first phase, the collection of <strong data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"912\">Hass avocados<\/strong>\u2014the predominant variety in our current production, representing around 90% of the total volume\u2014began. This year, the <strong data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1071\">average sizes are exceeding 200 grams<\/strong>, a reference that allows much of the fruit to be classified as <strong data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1155\">premium category<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"1156\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/salsaagricola.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/aguacates02.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El inicio de la campa\u00f1a del aguacate llega adem\u00e1s con previsiones optimistas. La pluviometr\u00eda ha sido m\u00e1s generosa que en la temporada anterior, aportando beneficios esenciales para el cultivo: mejor lavado de sales, recuperaci\u00f3n de la estructura del suelo y mayor eficiencia del riego. Estos factores se combinan para impulsar un\u00a0<strong>crecimiento m\u00e1s equilibrado del \u00e1rbol y una fruta de mayor calidad.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La planificaci\u00f3n de la campa\u00f1a contempla tambi\u00e9n la recolecci\u00f3n de la variedad Fuerte, prevista para enero, mientras que la cosecha de Hass continuar\u00e1 previsiblemente hasta abril. La estimaci\u00f3n global ronda el mill\u00f3n de kilos, una cifra que confirma una evoluci\u00f3n ascendente respecto al ejercicio anterior.
