Land located in the east of Torre del Mar, above the N-340 road, used mainly for agriculture and outdoor vegetable crops. It is the most productive area of Torre del Mar. The average distance to the beach is 100 metres as the crow flies, so there are plots available to put up mobile phone towers and roadside businesses: petrol stations, car dealerships, ceramics, plant nurseries, beach bars, warehouses, etc.
