At Salsa Agrícola we are not only dedicated to the production of avocados.
A part of the agricultural lands that we have in Axarquía is used for renting rural properties. They are exploited and managed by the tenants for mostly purely agricultural purposes, although they can also be used as a complement to the family economy or other uses such as recreational or commercial.
Our property for rent in rural properties on the Eastern Coast of Malaga amounts to more than 8 million m², with an average plot area ranging from 2,000 m² in the area of Nerja and Maro to 5,000 m² in Torre del Mar.
Most of them are located between the municipality of Vélez-Málaga and the eastern end of the province, where the Maro-Cerro Gordo cliffs natural area begins.
On the western coast of the province, and more specifically in the municipality of Torremolinos, we have a property with an area of more than one million m².
The characteristics of the plots are varied, having exclusively orchard land, with greenhouses, with subtropical trees (avocados, mango, custard apples…) and even with buildings such as farm implements or farmhouses. The possibilities of renting one type or another of plot will depend on the moment and the needs that the potential tenant demands, as well as availability.
Almost all of the plots are irrigated and are attached to different Irrigation Communities depending on their location.
For a better location, we could distinguish 9 areas with plots available for rent, namely:
Vega Este de Torre del Mar, located in one of the most agriculturally productive areas of Torre del Mar, 100 linear meters from the beach and above the N-340, its lands are prepared mainly for agricultural use of vegetable cultivation outdoor. Due to its proximity to the beach, there are plots that can be used to locate mobile phone stations and roadside businesses: gas stations, car sales, ceramics, plants, beach bars, materials warehouse, etc.
