Farm planted in 2020 in accordance with intensive criteria, with 666 trees per hectare. As in our other intensively farmed plantations, the average expected production is 15,000 kg per hectare.

Most of the farm has loamy soil, although there are areas where the soil is a loam-clay mix.

Located very close to the town of Torre del Mar and adjacent to the area known as «río seco». It is just 500 metres from the sea.
