Farm planted in 2020 in accordance with intensive criteria, with 666 trees per hectare. As in our other intensively farmed plantations, the average expected production is 15,000 kg per hectare.

Located very close to the mouth of the River Torrox and adjacent to it. It is divided into 3 ‘sub-farms’, which is why the soil composition is very varied as a consequence of previous landfills and river trawling. There are areas with clay soils and others that are sandy. Prior to planting, different tasks were carried out such as mixing in riverbed sand in areas with the heaviest clay soils, thus improving the texture and permeability of the soil, with a view to creating, as far as possible, consistent conditions throughout the farm.
